All songs recorded direct to two track cassette by Abel Ashes, except Alamogordo Testing and Stop and Go Traffic, which were recorded direct to two track DAT by Marcelo Radulovich.

Alamogordo Testing and Stop and Go Traffic were recorded direct to two track DAT by Marcelo Radulovich, live in concert at The Playhouse (a bar on either El Cajon, Blvd. or University Ave.) in San Diego on December 14th, 2001.

All of the other songs, instrumental compositions, and improvisations were recorded direct to two track cassette by Abel Ashes, live at the office/rehearsal/performance space of Accretions Records in San Diego on November 30th and December 29th, 1998.
