7 of these tracks were recorded at home in my apartment in San Diego (actually a couple of different ones) on a Boss BR-8 that recorded to zip-disks. These sessions took place between 2000 and 2002.

The first two tracks and the last track were recorded in my apartment (actually a couple of different ones) in Louisville, Kentucky. The first two were recorded around 2006, I think and the last piece was recorded in 2009.

Unlike my first album, Eat Plastic, most of this album is improvised an cannot be replicated live.
